And the thing that I think a lot of people, and even I forget sometimes, that our trustees are not paid. They have lives. They have jobs. This is not their full-time gig. But yet, we as staff, we see them as fellow staff. We see them in a way, sometimes I see them as 9 to 5 colleagues, and they're not. They're fitting in the MCA into their busy careers and lives. And it's incredible the commitment that they show to governing and helping us get to greater heights when they also have lives to lead. So that comes from a place of true love of what we do, and I think, also, a desire to support the people who work at the MCA and the artists we present.
